2. What the information here is

The guides, service descriptions and cost explanations on this site are general information intended to help you understand the work and evaluate quotes. They are not a survey of your building, not a design, and not professional advice about your specific situation. Buildings differ, and the only way to know what your job involves is for someone to look at it.

Technical specifications quoted here are sourced to standards bodies, platform documentation and named publications, and are linked so you can check them. Standards and product specifications change; where a source is dated, the date is stated. See the editorial policy for the full sourcing standard.

3. Nothing here is a price or an offer

No price for AyalaKi Services’s work appears on this site. Third-party cost figures reproduced in the resource guides are published by the sources named and linked on each page; they are market information, not a quotation, and they do not bind anyone.

A binding price exists only in a written quote issued for a specific job after a site visit. Where a quote and anything on this website differ, the quote governs.

4. Using the contact form

The contact form is for genuine inquiries about work. Submitting it does not create a contract and does not reserve a date. Automated, bulk or abusive submissions are not permitted, and the form applies automated checks to limit them. What happens to the information you send is covered in the privacy policy.

5. Availability

The site is provided as it is and as it is available. Reasonable care is taken to keep it accurate and online, but it may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance or for reasons outside anyone’s control, and no guarantee of uninterrupted availability is made.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute relating to them is subject to the jurisdiction of the Texas courts.

These terms may be updated. The current version is always the one published on this page, with its review date at the top.
