Privacy Policy
Last reviewed 11 October 2026. This explains what this website collects, why, and what happens to it.
Who this is about
This policy covers the website at ayalaki.com, operated by AyalaKi Services. Questions about it go to contact@ayalaki.com or (214) 290-5914.
What the contact form collects
The contact form asks for your name, your email address, and a description of what you need. It also offers optional fields for your phone number, your city or area, and which service you are asking about. Nothing else is required and nothing else is requested.
When you submit the form, those details are sent by email to contact@ayalaki.com so that someone can reply to you. The submission is not stored in a database on this website, and this site does not operate a customer portal or user accounts.
Why it is collected and what it is used for
Solely to respond to your inquiry and, if it goes further, to arrange a site visit and produce a quote. Your details are not sold, rented, traded or shared with third parties for marketing. You will not be added to a mailing list as a result of using the contact form, because there is no mailing list.
Spam protection
The contact form includes three automated checks to stop bulk submissions: a hidden field that genuine visitors never fill in, a timing check on how long the form was open, and a limit on how many submissions can come from the same network address in an hour. The timing check means the page records the moment the form loaded. Your IP address is used in memory for the rate limit and is not written to a permanent store by this website.
No third-party captcha service is used, so no captcha vendor receives data about you.
How long it is kept
Inquiry emails are kept in the business mailbox for as long as they are useful for the inquiry and any work that follows from it. If you would like your inquiry and any related correspondence deleted, email contact@ayalaki.com and say so.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are read and how visitors arrive. It collects aggregate usage information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device type and referring source, and it sets cookies to do so. It is not used to identify you personally, and the data is not combined with contact-form submissions.
Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies, and browser extensions and settings exist that block analytics scripts entirely. The site works normally with analytics blocked.
Email delivery
Contact form submissions are delivered using Microsoft’s email infrastructure. That means the content of your submission passes through Microsoft’s systems in the same way any email to a business address would.
Hosting
This website is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel processes the technical information needed to serve a page to you, including your IP address and browser user-agent, in its server logs.
Links to other sites
Pages on this site link out to third-party sources such as standards bodies, manufacturers and published cost guides. Those sites have their own privacy policies and this one does not cover them. Links are provided as sources rather than as endorsements.
Children
This site is aimed at people arranging work on a building. It is not directed at children, and no information is knowingly collected from them.
Your choices
- You can contact the business by phone instead of the form, in which case no web form data is collected at all.
- You can ask for a copy of what is held about you, or ask for it to be deleted, by emailing contact@ayalaki.com.
- You can block cookies and analytics in your browser.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the revised version is published here with a new review date at the top of the page.
